Have You Felt This?
When Something Deeper Calls
You find yourself overthinking important decisions.
You sense there is something deeper within, but don’t know how to access it consistently.
You long for greater clarity, focus and direction in life.
You want a deeper peace that remains even amidst work and relationships.
You sense a greater potential within you waiting to be expressed.
from Mental Noise to Inner Clarity
Three Practices. One Shift
I. Yogic Concentration
Gathering Scattered Attention
Your attention is your most powerful resource, yet most of us have never been taught how to work with it consciously. In this practice, you learn to gently gather scattered attention so it becomes a source of clarity, steadiness and presence in daily life.
II. Anahata Meditation
Opening to Inner Stillness
As the mind becomes quieter, a deeper layer of awareness begins to emerge. This practice invites you into a space of inner stillness where insight, peace and a deeper guidance can gradually become more accessible.
III: Yogic Journaling
Learning to Listen Within
Intuition is subtle. This practice helps you learn to notice it, receive it and trust it. Through a simple process of guided free-flow writing, you begin cultivating a deeper relationship with your own inner guidance when facing decisions, challenges and opportunities.

THREE DECADES OF LIVED EXPLORATION
Meet Your Guide
Manoj Pavithran
For over three decades, Manoj Pavithran has been a practitioner of Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga in Auroville. The practices shared in Dhyana — Yogic Concentration, Anahata Meditation and Yogic Journaling — have been developed and refined through years of personal practice, reflection and experimentation in the light of Sri Aurobindo’s teachings.
Many of these practices emerged through Manoj’s sustained meditation in the Matrimandir, the spiritual centre of Auroville, and his search for practical ways of bringing the deeper truths of yoga into the realities of everyday life. Over time, they evolved into a coherent path of Concentration, Anahata Meditation and Yogic Journaling.
What Manoj shares in Dhyana is not merely a set of techniques, but practices that have accompanied him throughout his own inner journey as an educator, filmmaker, author and guide. They continue to form an integral part of his daily sadhana and are offered as living disciplines for those seeking a deeper, more conscious way of living.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an online workshop? How will I get the link to attend the Dhyana Immersion?
Yes, the Dhyana Immersion is an online workshop held live via Zoom.
Once you register, you will get an email and WhatsApp message with all the necessary details. You’ll also receive reminders and updates as the workshop date nears.
When is the session and for how long?
The full day immersion is on June 21st from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST.
Come on time or better 5 minutes before time. The room will be open 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The workshop may extend by about 30 minutes because of the live flow and Q/As – please keep your time blocked till 4:30 PM.
If I miss attending this time can I attend this again? Will the recording be shared?
This is a one-time special event, and we request you to block your calendar and be there no matter what. In case of emergencies, recording will be shared for 24 hours.
Do I need prior experience in meditation or yoga?
No. The immersion is designed for anyone sincere about exploring their inner life, whether you are new to yogic practices or have been on this path for years.
What do I need to keep handy during the session?
To get the most from the immersion, we recommend joining from a laptop (a phone is fine if that is not possible) from a quiet space with a stable internet connection.
Please keep the following with you:
– A notebook or journal
– A pen
– Water
There will be a lunch break during the workshop.
We also recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing and choosing a space where you can remain comfortably seated for extended periods. You do not need to sit cross-legged, and a yoga mat is not required. Sitting on a chair is absolutely fine.
How can I continue my journey after the session? Do you offer longer courses?
The Dhyana Immersion offers a first experience of the practices shared during the day. For those who feel called to go deeper, we will introduce the longer Dhyana learning journey towards the end of the workshop.
This extended program provides a structured path for developing these practices through regular guidance, reflection and community support.
What is Purnam Community, where is it based, and when was it founded?
Purnam Community is a transformative learning centre founded by Divyanshi Chugh and Manoj Pavithran.
It is based in Auroville (near Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu) — the world’s first international city dedicated to Karmayoga and the ideal of human unity — and is an officially recognised unit of the Auroville Foundation, an autonomous body under the Government of India.
Rooted in the teachings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, we guide seekers through practical spirituality — offering experiential workshops, courses, and coaching that help them connect with their soul and its purpose, and come alive in their full potential as Karmayogis who embrace both the material and the spiritual.
With roots tracing back to 2012, Purnam has evolved into a dynamic learning ecosystem that brings together like-hearted seekers. Our mission is to train 50,000 Karmayogis who will carry the living spirit of India into the world.
