Karmayoga Fellowship:
Activate Your Soul Purpose,
Become an Integral Life Facilitator
The Karmayoga Fellowship is a 9-month program designed for individuals seeking career transition aligned with their soul’s calling and who aspire to guide others on the same path. Rooted in the teachings of Sri Aurobindo, this immersive journey empowers fellows to live their soul’s calling and become Integral Life Facilitators.
This programme is offered from Auroville, the world’s first international city dedicated to Karmayoga and human unity. The programme has been designed by Manoj and Divyanshi, the founders of Purnam Centre for Integrality in Auroville.
Who This Fellowship Is For:
This program is ideal for individuals who:
- Are spiritual seekers.
- Seek to integrate their soul’s calling into their lives, including potential career transitions or side hustles.
- Seek life-affirming spirituality, not ascetic rejection.
- Aspire to serve a higher purpose.
- Have an aptitude for teaching/facilitation and/or organization/management.
- Are self-driven and motivated.
- Hold a post-graduate degree and are proficient in English.
- Want to offer transformative learning journeys to people.
Do I need to quit my job?
Quitting your job isn’t necessary, but part-time work is recommended to give you the time and space needed to fully focus on the program’s demands and benefits.
Can I integrate spirituality into my career?
Yes! Karmayoga aligns your personal will with the divine will to become a fit instrument for action in the world, following your swadharma.
Why Join Karmayoga Fellowship?
The world is undergoing a radical transformation, and people increasingly seek purpose, meaning, and alignment with their deepest aspirations. Many seek a spiritual practice that embraces life rather than rejects it.
The Karmayoga Fellowship provides a structured, hands-on approach to living a life-affirming spirituality —one that transforms both the individual and the society. Through this fellowship, you will grow into an Integral Life Facilitator —a learner, practitioner, and facilitator, supporting others on their journey.
While self-realization is a lifelong journey, this programme provides structured guidance and a supportive community to accelerate your growth.
