Terms and Conditions for Workshop & Membership

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for our online workshop or membership. By registering for the workshop or membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payment: Payment for the online workshop or membership must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept payment via multiple payment methods as acceptable by Instamojo.
Workshop Content & Community Platform Access: After payment has been confirmed, you will receive access to the relevant material and/or community platform. This access is for the registered participant only and cannot be shared with others. You are responsible for ensuring that your computer and internet connection meet the necessary requirements to access the live workshop and/or course recordings.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our online workshops. By registering for the workshop, you agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to, technical issues, personal conflicts, or changes in your schedule.
Intellectual Property: All content provided as part of the workshop, live sessions and membership, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and audio, is the intellectual property of Purnam Centre for Integrality. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the content without prior written consent from Purnam Centre for Integrality..

No Promotions or Marketing: You expressly agree to not promote and/or advertise your own business and your own WhatsApp groups either during the workshop or on the community platform. Any attempt to do so may result in your immediate removal from the community platform without refund.
Non-Transferable: Your registration for the online workshop and membership is non-transferable. You may not sell or transfer your access to the workshop to any other person or entity.
Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel the online workshop at any time for any reason. In the event that we cancel the workshop, you will be entitled to a refund of your registration fee. However, we are not responsible for any other costs or expenses you may incur as a result of the cancellation.
Code of Conduct: We expect all participants in the live sessions and community platform to behave professionally and respectfully towards each other. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in your immediate removal from the live session or membership without refund.
Technical Issues: While we strive to provide a seamless online live session experience, technical issues may occur. We are not responsible for any technical difficulties you may encounter while accessing the membership content, and we cannot guarantee that the live sessions will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, we will make reasonable efforts to address any technical issues as quickly as possible.
Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law. By registering for the online sessions or membership, you agree to our privacy policy and acknowledge that we may collect, use, and disclose your personal information as necessary to provide the workshop & membership content and for other legitimate business purposes.
Recording Prohibited: Recording the online sessions is strictly prohibited. You may not make any audio or video recordings of the online content without prior written consent from Purnam.
Modifications: Purnam reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
