Policy

We do not accept any refunds or returns.

However, if your painting is damaged in transit, or if there is any discolouration in it, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at store@purnamcommunity.in, with photographs of the product.

Once verified, depending on what is damaged, we will ship out the frame or painting at no extra cost.

Shipping policy

Processing time: all orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping: free across India.

• Tamil Nadu: estimated delivery time 2–4 business days.
• South India: 6–8 business days.
• Metro cities of North India: 12–14 business days.
• Rest of India: 14–16 business days.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking: you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
