Three Journeys, One Movement

To Go Inward and Find & Live From Your True Centre

I. Savitri Painting Paint Thy Soul

Savitri Painting is a method to move inward into the great depths of your being through art, music and poetry. This journey offers you a lifelong practice of non-verbal journaling that brings deep inner peace and purification, and opens the way for the discovery of your true soul essence and the gradual unfolding of your soul purpose. All of this unfolds through a collective immersion into Savitri, Sri Aurobindo’s transformative mantric poem and his magnum opus.

How it Works

  1. Aesthetic Awakening: The process refines sensitivity to colour, harmony, and subtle delight, calming the nervous system and deepening inner perception. Even without artistic training, seekers discover the purifying power of beauty.
  2. Intuitive Deepening: Painting lines from Savitri in concentration awakens intuition and reveals connections between colour, symbol, and inner state, allowing meaning to arise from within.
  3. Spiritual Opening: Through poetry, painting, and The Mother’s organ music, the consciousness is lifted, emotions are stilled, and the soul quietly emerges over 12 weeks.

Cohort from November to February.

Live Sessions: Sundays, 10 to 12:30 PM IST & Wednesdays, 8 to 9 AM IST

    II. Prayers & Meditations

A journey to enter into living contact with the Divine — to cultivate devotion, surrender, and self-giving. Guided by Divyanshi Chugh, we read from the Mother’s Prayers and Meditations—her spiritual diary full of intense love for the Divine—and allow each word to enter within as we contemplate and paint meditatively.

    How It Works

    1. Connecting to the Deeper Heart: We start with guided meditations and chanting to draw awareness into the deeper heart — the sacred centre within — bringing quietude and stillness in the being.
    2. Reading and Meditating on a Prayer: The spiritual text Prayers & Meditations becomes a living force, revealing the depth of intensity of seeking the Divine. It awakens clarity, sincerity, and deeper devotion through a guided exploration of the Prayer.
    3. Painting with Mother’s Organ Music: Held in the atmosphere of The Mother’s organ music, inner movements take shape through colour and form, bringing quiet joy of the soul, and a tangible expression of the contact with the soul within.

Live Sessions Weekly on Mondays, 8:00 to 9:00 AM IST.

      III. Sacred Chanting

Sacred Chanting is an online space where we come together as a sangha to chant sacred mantras of the Divine and for the Divine to enter into living remembrance and contact. Through collective mantra and sacred repetition, we invoke a deep sense of devotion and prayer. across distances. A space to open the heart, and allow the vibration of the Mantra to lead us into surrender, sweetness, and inner communion with the Divine.

Live Sessions Weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:15 to 6:45 AM IST.

        The Transformative Power of Sraddha

Turning the Heart into a Force of Transformation

        Seeker, the call

        I. From Surface Identity to Soul Contact

Savitri Painting – Through concentrated and intuitive artistic expression inspired the mantric epic, Savitri, deeper layers of the being open. Perception refines, inner movements become visible, and the psychic presence begins to quietly shape life from within.

“Poetry raises the emotions and gives each its separate delight. Art stills the emotions and teaches them the delight of a restrained and limited satisfaction… Music deepens the emotions and harmonises them with each other. Between them music, art and poetry are a perfect education for the soul; they make and keep its movements purified, self-controlled, deep and harmonious.”

        SRI AUROBINDO

II. From Emotional Restlessness to Inner Anchoring

Prayers & Meditations – Through sincere prayer and inward contemplation, scattered emotions gather around a higher center. Reactivity softens, and a steady inner ground begins to form — bringing a deeper calm and clarity in relationships, choices, and daily life.

“Who is this Journey For? This book comprises extracts from a diary written during years of intensive yogic discipline. It may serve as a spiritual guide to three principal categories of seekers: those who have undertaken self-mastery, those who want to find the road leading to the Divine, those who aspire to consecrate themselves more and more to the Divine Work.”

        THE MOTHER

        The Churn
        Seeker, the call

III. From Mental Noise to Joyful Surrender

Sacred Chanting channels emotion into devotion and lifts consciousness through mantra and rhythm. The nervous system settles, joy awakens, and surrender becomes a lived experience rather than an idea.

“One repeats the name of the Divine and the vibrations created in the consciousness prepare the realisation of the Divine.”

        SRI AUROBINDO

It is rather the fact that in my writings on Yoga I have given Bhakti the highest place. … the deeper the emotion, the more intense the Bhakti, the greater is the force for realisation and transformation. It is oftenest through intensity of emotion that the psychic being awakes and there is an opening of the inner doors to the Divine.

Opening to the Sacred Presence Within

HOW THE PATHWAY OF SRADDHA CHANGED THEIR LIVES

Throughout the course, I was able to feel myself in higher consciousness and at the end I felt that the Divine Mother was preparing me to take another step forward in my spiritual journey.

        Usha

“It has brought immense transformation in me in such a way that it has brought a lot of humility in me. Mother teaches how to pray. Because we don’t even know how to pray. In this volume, Mother teaches how to pray. It brings out all the emotions, all the hidden emotions of our inner self and puts it at the feet of the Divine.”

        Anand

“Kirtans were a very beautiful space, there was a sacred presence. I felt a quiet joy. There were moments of silence and moments of devotion for Krishna and feeling held by him 🤍 “

        Meera

“The Prayers and Meditations touched me deeply. They opened my heart and gave me wings – wings to write my own prayers,
to find a quiet, sacred connection with the Great Mother.

Each time, I carried something with me – a word, a sentence, a drawing – something that stayed and echoed through the days, gently reminding me of what truly matters.”

        Marianne

“With this simple, yet a powerful medium of water colours and Reading Savitri, I could explore within and could touch my inner being. It has opened me to experience Mother’s warmth around me Always.”

        Padma

“What I have experienced is that beginning our daily work with her prayer brings a lot of peace and quietude. The force itself takes us through the day and all the challenges and obstacles we face during the day. She gives us that force wherein we come together in a collectivity, and it helps us to navigate our challenges, and also it brings a lot of light in which we get guidance.”

        Dr. Smita

I and my daughters got this opportunity of Savitri Painting which was a deep connecting experience. It has touched our lives with peace, love, joy and harmony.

You are no doubt right about asking for the bhakti, for I suppose it is the master-claim of your nature: for that matter, it is the strongest motive force that sadhana can have and the best means for all else that has to come. It is why I said that it is through the heart that spiritual experience must come to you.
