Manoj Pavitran

Co-founder | Director

Manoj Pavithran has been an Integral Yoga practitioner and educator since 1989 and joined Auroville in 1995. As a co-founder of Purnam, he has led numerous courses focused on integrating spiritual growth with professional and personal development. He has also authored Pilgrims of the Infinite and produced the Evolution Fast-forward film series.

Divyanshi Chugh

Co-founder | CEO

Divyanshi Chugh, co-founder of Purnam, studied at the University of Oxford and was drawn to Sri Aurobindo’s integral spirituality. She has developed the curriculum for over 60 courses at Purnam and has personally trained 40+ facilitators. Divyanshi is actively involved in creating and facilitating transformational learning programs for seekers, helping them integrate spiritual practices into daily life.

Surya Ravishankaran

CTO

Surya Ravishankaran, a former IT professional, moved to Auroville in 2021 after a year of volunteering at Purnam. He now heads Design & Technology at Purnam, where he has helped develop digital platforms that serve the needs of Purnam’s participants. His work aims to make Purnam’s resources more accessible, helping to broaden the impact of our educational initiatives.

Vaishnavi Presingu

Video Production Lead

Vaishnavi Presingu, with a background in design and filmmaking, joined Purnam after leaving the film industry. She leads the video production efforts at Purnam, creating content that reaches a growing audience through various media channels. Her role is vital in communicating Purnam’s vision of integrating spirituality with professional and personal life.

Dr. Sahana Upper

Curriculum Developer

Dr. Sahana Uppar, with a Ph.D. in Psychology, has been developing curriculum at Purnam for over 5 years. She plays a crucial role in designing courses that integrate psychological principles with spiritual practices, ensuring that our offerings support the psychological and emotional growth of participants.

Pooja Varshney

Curriculum Developer

Pooja Varshney, with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology, has been involved in curriculum development at Purnam for over 4 years. She works closely on creating programs that integrate personal growth and spiritual development, helping participants navigate their journey of transformation.

Sanjana Reddy

Social Media Outreach

Sanjana Reddy, with a background in research and documentary filmmaking, joined Purnam after engaging with Purnam community and courses for over a year. She leads the social media efforts, crafting narratives that reflect Purnam’s vision. Her work is crucial in translating the larger vision into a form that is relatable and accessible to a wider audience.
