Conception

  •  Develop a real-world project aligned with your calling: curriculum design and communication design

Invitation

  • Engage authentically, hold presence, invite from inner abundance, build momentum, and connect deeply with your audience.

Facilitation

  • Develop your facilitation skills, based on integral education principles.
  • Learn community management skills to create transformative learning experiences

Assimilation

  • Synthesize your learning by documenting key insights, developing structured templates, designing scalable systems, and establishing an organized framework.
  • Explore the financial and sustainability aspects of your work

Project Income

  • Fellows will be implementing real life projects that would generate revenue and this revenue will be going to Purnam to cover the operational costs and not to the Fellows implementing the projects.

With 9 months of deep training and real-world experience, you will graduate as an Integral Life Facilitator, fully prepared to mentor, inspire, and guide others on their path of self-transformation.

Overall 14-22 hours per week

  • Daily Practice: 2 hours/day (Monday – Friday)
  • Weekend Engagement: 3-6 hours/day (Saturday – Sunday)

Self-Study & Live Sessions

Self-Paced Learning: Based on Silver and Gold membership courses

Live Workshops & Hotseat Coaching
3 hours on Saturdays, twice a month during Foundation Course and thereafter once/month.

Seva & Community Engagement

2/3 hours/week dedicated to selfless service, applying Karmayoga in real-world contexts.

Practicum: Hands-On Application

Realworld projects involving design, facilitation and management depending on the individual swadharma. Time involvement depends on individual project requirements.

Fill out the Application Form, followed by an interview with selected candidates in April/May 2025.

Total: ₹1,29,000 for the 9-month fellowship. (excluding accommodation & transport during the retreat in Auroville)

Special Fee

For Gold & Pearl Members, Purnam Volunteers, and Early Bird Applicants: ₹1,20,000

Note:

The fee is kept at 52% of the actual (2,44,450/) since this is the pilot batch. We are fundraising to fill the gap. 

All funds generated from the project works will go towards Purnam, and not to the individuals doing the projects.

MANOJ PAVITHRAN

Manoj Pavithran is an educational innovator, filmmaker, author, speaker and advisor. He has dedicated his life to the practice of Integral Yoga in Auroville for over 25 years and immersed himself in the profound teachings of this spiritual practice developed by the revolutionary yogi Sri Aurobindo.

Manoj has developed powerful courses to help facilitate inner and outer transformation for seekers – be it through journaling, his meditation courses or intensive learning journeys to find your true calling. He is a frequent speaker at different integral yoga & education forums and also acts as a growth and leadership consultant for NGOs

DIVYANSHI CHUGH

Divyanshi Chugh is a visionary educational leader, course designer, facilitator, and mentor. Her spiritual calling brought her to Auroville in 2018 where she is now pioneering and establishing a new educational paradigm that fosters integral growth as part of Purnam.

She designs and facilitates transformative experiential courses for adults based on the integral yoga psychology of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo, yogis and seers. She is passionate about India’s spiritual gift to the world, and through her work, she envisions reviving the spiritual lustre in all aspects of life.

SURYA RAVISHANKARAN

Surya, a former IT professional at Intuit, moved to Auroville in 2021 after going through Swadharma course in 2019 and a year of volunteering at Purnam. He now heads Design & Technology at Purnam, where he has helped develop digital platforms that serve the needs of Purnam’s participants. His work aims to make Purnam’s resources more accessible, helping to broaden the impact of our educational initiatives.

POOJA VARSHNEY

Pooja, is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with over four years of experience utilizing psychometric assessments and psychotherapeutic skills to support those in need of mental health care. Her practice has spanned working with children, adolescents, and adults. Suicide Prevention, Behavioral Medicine, School Mental Health, and Psycho-Oncology are her active areas of interest in applied mental health. She has been involved in curriculum development at Purnam for over 4 years. She works closely on creating programs that integrate personal growth and spiritual development, helping participants navigate their journey of transformation.

How does the admission process work? Where can I apply?

What is the application deadline?

When does the fellowship start and end?

The fellowship starts on 28th June, 2025 and concludes on 28th March, 2026.

How many seats are available for the fellowship?

We have a limit of 16-21 seats for the fellowship programme.
